Food Truck Reservations
You can request to reserve our food truck for your event via e mail at dsauthenticphillycheesesteaks@gmail.com. Please tell us a brief description about your event, the number of expected guests and your desired package. We will get back to you within 72 hours of your inquiry. Please leave your name & phone number.
Private Events Services & Pricing
Food Truck services will be carried out according to your desired package and the number of guests that will be in attendance. Each guest will be provided a ticket which will allot for one Sandwich Selection,1 French Fry Selection and 1 Beverage Selection. Guests may return to the Food Truck as many times as they would like after they have presented their ticket. Duration of services will be based upon the number of guests in attendance.
Brunch, Traditional & Wedding After Party Package Pricing:
Minimum Reservation ,$1,200.00 for any event of 35 guests & under. $20.00 Per head for each additional guest for events exceeding over 35 guests.
Travel Fee: $1.00 per mile for any job exceeding a total of 60 traveling miles.
NJ State Sales Tax: 6.625%
Added Gratuity: 18%
Cocktail Party Package Pricing:
Minimum Reservation, $1,600 for any event of 35 guests & under. $20.00 Per head for each additional guest for events exceeding over 35 guests. Additional Menu Selections (Optional) $7 per guest.
Travel Fee, NJ State Sales Tax & Added Gratuity as listed above.
50 Percent deposit of your grand total is required at booking. This will reserve your time slot and guarantee services for your desired event. The remaining balance is due in full 24 hours before the start of your event. Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Check, Credit & Venmo. There is a 4% Service Fee of the total sale for Credit & Venmo Transactions.
Public Events Services & Pricing:
We are able to provide vendor services your event. See our Public Service Page Menu Tab for our updated menu. We will provide service to the public for the duration of your event. $1,200 Minimum Sales Requirement. If sales do not exceed $1,200 the Event Coordinator will be required to compensate the difference. If applicable, the remaining balance will be settled on the day of your event. Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Check, Credit & Venmo Transactions. There is a 4% Service fee of the total sale for Credit & Venmo Transactions.
Weather Policy
In the event of Thunderstorms, Lightning, Hurricane, Extreme Winds , Significant Snow Fall, Acts of God, etc, services will be switched from a cook to order to a drop off style service as safety is vital to your guests and our staff members.
